Westward 1/25/2021

Because of the China bug, covid-19, we didn't travel last year, other than a short trip to the mother-in-laws for her 90th birthday.

We decided to travel this year, even if it hair-lips Biden.  So we pulled out on Jan. 24th, after fulfilling our doctor's appointments.

Jan. 29th we pulled into Las Cienegas National Wildlife Preserve. Stayed in a valley with mountains around it, some snow capped. But weather was decent, upper 30's night time to lower 60's daytime.

We moved on a little farther west, to the Ironwood Forest National Monument. Been here before, a few years ago, look back for more pics.

From IWFNM we moved a little farther west,  to Saddle Mountain. As were the other two places, this is a BLM (Bureau of Land Management) area, free dry, (boon-docking), camping for 14 days.  Pulled in here on Feb. 22nd.
